This got to number three in the Charts in November 1998. Seems like only yesterday as they say, It's still out there floating around the airwaves, used lately in a TV ad for a bed company - obvious really..

Like "Would You..?" this was a hit in Italy and has been in a fair number fo films and TV shows (see A-Z) It was used to launch Apple's itunes Music site. Own up if you heard it on "G String Divas"

Originally written by Mieko and Peter Morris for a TV commercial - we developed it into this track for the Eden project in 2005

One of my favourite tracks on the album. Everyone can identify with the feelings in it I think. The trumpet is played by Guy Barker, and vocals are sung by Nuwella, Mieko and myself.
 
 What... Is In Between?  Track 11: I Know Jayne  
Believe it or not the words for this song were written by Samantha Meah over twenty years ago when we collaborated together with my first band project. I've always loved Sam's words and they work wonderfully here with Mieko's vocals . This was a real last minute addition to the album but is definitely another favourite of mine.

 Dreamcatcher  Album  
Dreamcatcher's the first album I did. Described by listeners as "Global music, Beautiful ethnic sounds and voices, mixed with cool western beats and textures". It's music to chill out to. I really enjoyed doing it, especially the live performances at WOMAD and the tightrope walk across the Thames in 1998. I hope you like the sound too.
 
 Dreamcatcher  In an Ocean of Joy (Single)  
This seemed to stand out as the Dreamcather single. Somehow, we managed to blow most of the marketing budget for the whole record on the video. It's good though! Take a look.

 BBC World   
This music was originally designed to play in the background over and over again, ideally not annoying too many viewers in the process. So it came as a really nice surprise when people around the globe actually noticed it, and wanted to know where they could buy it.. In response, BBC World asked me to create some special tracks featuring the music for this CD.
 
 Roger McGough  Lively  
"Lively" is primarily is a recording of Roger's brilliant live performance.
In the process of putting it together, we thought it would be really good to add something musical as well. It was amazing to be able to take some of Roger's fantastic poems, and great sounding voice, and blend them with my ideas.
 
 
    

 
 
 Wild Caribbean  BBC2 2007  
This was Written to accompany magical images of coral opening and feeding after dark. The guitar is played by Jesus Cutino from Cuba, who together with Vo, played a lot on the series. The guitar became an important part of the musical identity.
